Shipping Information


 
For security reasons, Sandast online purchase will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O.boxes, which are not available through FedEx or UPS. All purchases are shipped via Fedex or UPS. You may request Next-day Air or Second-day air during the checkout process. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, two day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless you choose Saturday delivery. Sandast cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

 

 

Return & Exchanges:


 
Policy: You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 7 days of the date on your receipt. Sale item or orders placed with a promotional discount may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Iitems are final sale. Sandast reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Sandast’s sole discretion.

Instructions:  Returned items must be shipped back at owners cost. Sandast is not liable for shipping cost of unwanted or returned products. Product must be unused. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Fill out the enclosed return form at any local post office or shipping service. Returns without a proper Sandast receipt enclosed will be refused.

Refunds: Return to Sandast.com are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items or orders placed with a promotional discount may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. Please note, unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Gift Returns: Gift may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

In-Store Return: You may also return or exchange your online purchase at no charge in any of our U.S. Sandast store. The original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Online purchase may not be returned or exchanged at department stores or other wholesale distributors.
